I'm Aimee, as the blog title suggests and I'm a 16 year old animal lover, self confessed control freak and organisation fanatic who has an obsession with dressing up more than necessary and getting strange looks when walking around my local Tesco's because I'm probably wearing 5 inch heels.
Quick facts before I continue:
- I'm about 5 ft 11". I know I'm tall, the weather is amazing up here and no, I don't play basketball.
- Just because I have red hair doesn't make me a rebel or someone who is obsessed with tattoos or any other things which are apparently associated with coloured hair. I'm more of a piercings girl myself and I don't use Tumblr.
- I have three fur babies: Barney, Fudge and Lily. When I left them to go to America for three weeks last year, I cried.
I have always loved fashion and makeup and I started blogging in November of 2013, which seems so long ago. My blog may not be the biggest or that well known but I have always done it simply because I love writing and sharing my thoughts with whoever wishes to read. I struggled with really bad anxiety and depression (see featured post) and that was when I started experimenting with makeup, seeing how it works and how it can change your appearance and confidence. I chose to share this with the big wide web and blogging has really boosted my self esteem and I will be forever grateful for that.
